WCS is a company that takes care of their workers ensuring they have the correct training and equipment to do the work
Our teams all have Risk Assessment, Fire Fighting and First Aid certificates
The company ensures that the teams all have correct PPE – which is checked and re-issued as needed
Our vehicles are all serviced and in good running condition
Our teams have Photo Identifications
We are aligned to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
We have a working HSE Policy in place
We also have a COVID-19 safety plan with all our teams wearing masks, wearing of gloves and Regularly sanitising

The company ensures that all employees are well versed in the 8 Absolute rules which include

Always wear a seatbelt when driving

Do not talk on a cellphone while driving

Do not operate heavy equipment or climb while under the influence of alcohol or prescription drugs

Never allowing passengers on the back of a bakkie

Not undertaking work they are not qualified to do

Always wear PPE and a harness when working at heights

Always wear a helmet when driving a motorcycle

Do not exceed the speed limits
